- Free Users: Use a non-paid version of the Service. OSHAlytics acts as the data controller.
- Site Visitors: Visit the Websites without using the Service. OSHAlytics acts as the data controller.

Depending on your relationship with OSHAlytics, we may collect:

- Workspace Content: Messages, files, tasks, images, audio, inspection data, project names, and other content submitted through the Service.
