OSHAlytics, LLC ("OSHAlytics", "we", "us", or "our") provides productivity, collaboration, and organizational tools available online, including via mobile applications (the "Service"), and websites, including but not limited to www.oshalytics.com and app.oshalytics.com (collectively, the "Websites").

As you use the Service and interact with our Websites, OSHAlytics collects and processes information from and about you to provide access to the Service, enhance your experience, and communicate with you.

1. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under these ages. If you are under the relevant age, do not use or provide information on the Service or Websites.

OSHAlytics has three user types. Please review the section(s) below that apply to you:

  • Subscribers: Use the Service as part of a paid subscription plan managed by your employer or organization (the "Customer"). The Customer Agreement governs your use and OSHAlytics acts as a data processor.
  • Free Users: Use a non-paid version of the Service. OSHAlytics acts as the data controller.
  • Site Visitors: Visit the Websites without using the Service. OSHAlytics acts as the data controller.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on your relationship with OSHAlytics, we may collect:

  • Account Information: Name, email, organization, phone, address, username, and password.
  • Workspace Content: Messages, files, tasks, images, audio, inspection data, project names, and other content submitted through the Service.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser, mobile network, MAC address, IP address, unique device identifiers.
  • Service Usage Data: Log files (including web requests, clicks, URLs, timestamps), cookies, and interaction metadata.
  • Location Information: Approximate location inferred from your IP address.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Information from integrations you enable (e.g., OneDrive, Google Drive).
  • Communications: Any information you provide by contacting us (e.g., support, feedback, surveys).
  • Demographic Data: If provided by you (e.g., optional profile or survey data).
