Co-Founder & CTO

Andrew Pollack is the Co-Founder and CTO of OSHAlytics, where he helps turn complex safety and compliance challenges into practical, modern software. He leads the platform's technology strategy across engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, databases, and AI to deliver a system built for speed, reliability, and real-world usability.

Before co-founding OSHAlytics, Andrew founded and built a medical software company from the ground up, later exiting after its flagship product became the best-selling and top-rated in the country. He has since founded a public-benefit epigenetic cancer research company that combines bio-informatics, AI, and data science with genetics to inform cancer treatments.

At OSHAlytics, Andrew brings a proven record of building successful technology products and applying advanced technical expertise to create better tools for safety professionals.

Brian Anderson

Brian Anderson

Co-Founder & CMO

Brian Anderson is the Co-Founder and CMO of OSHAlytics, where he leads product positioning, market strategy, and customer engagement to ensure the platform delivers real value to safety professionals, executives, and organizations.

Before co-founding OSHAlytics, Brian worked his way through every level of the construction industry — from apprentice to journeyman, foreman, superintendent, project manager, and safety director. He holds a Master's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He is also the COO of LeeMax Safety Solutions, which has provided safety training, compliance support, and workforce solutions to organizations including Amtrak, DuPont, Chemours, Day & Zimmermann, Kokosing, and the Architect of the Capitol.

At OSHAlytics, Brian brings a rare combination of field credibility, operational leadership, and business strategy. His experience bridges the gap between technology and real-world application, ensuring the platform is not only powerful but also intuitive, defensible, and built for how safety professionals actually work.
